How to cancle your application?

Cancelling an eHerkenning Application
Do you want to cancel a new eHerkenning application?

If you have not yet completed the payment, you can cancel your new eHerkenning application by following these steps:

  1. Log in using this link.
  2. Open your application and click the trash bin icon (see image) to cancel the application.
Do you want to cancel an application for an additional organisation or authorisation as an existing customer?
  1. Log in (go to Mijn Reconi) using this link with your username (email address) and password.
  2. Go to My Account > My Applications.
  3. You will see an overview of your open applications. If an application has the status New, you can cancel it yourself by clicking the trash bin icon next to the relevant application.
Has your application already been paid for?

If your application has already been paid for but has not yet been fully completed, please contact our customer service to discuss the available cancellation options.
