It is not possible to apply for eHerkenning for customers who are known to the Tax Authorities with the legal form Vennootschap onder Firma/General partnership (V.O.F.). A V.O.F. must be registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK), which means we cannot yet process your application.
What to do?
Contact the Tax Authorities if you want to apply for eHerkenning without a CoC number, but it is not possible because you are registered with the legal form V.O.F.
