It is not possible to apply for eHerkenning for customers who are known to the Tax Authorities with the legal form Vennootschap onder Firma/General partnership (V.O.F.). A V.O.F. must be registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK), which means we cannot yet process your application. **What to do?** **Contact the Tax Authorities** if you want to apply for eHerkenning without a CoC number, but it is not possible because you are registered with the legal form V.O.F.
