Change organization details

The article below explains how to make changes to your organization(s).

  • Your legal form and Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number have changed:
    At Reconi, your organization was registered based on its KvK number. If your KvK number changes, you can add the new KvK number as an additional organization to your eHerkenning account.

    For instructions on how to add an additional organization, please find the step-by-step guide here.

  • Address change for your organization:
    Has your organization’s address changed? We are required to use the address registered with the KvK. Therefore, please update your new address with the KvK first.

    Once this has been completed, you can provide the new address to us via our contact form.
    The address change will be processed within a few business days.

  • Changing the authorized representative(s) within the organization:
    It may happen that an authorized representative within an organization changes. An administrator can easily remove authorized representative(s). Click here for more information.
