When exchanging confidential information with a government organization, you need to be confident that the information cannot be intercepted or altered. A **PKIoverheid Personal Certificate** provides individual employees with a secure means of protecting electronic transactions. Personal certificates can be used for a wide range of applications. You will receive either a **USB token** or a **smart card** containing your personal certificate.
