If you have several eRecognition authorisations (linked to different e-mail addresses), it is not possible to merge them. However, you can add an additional authorisation to the eRecognition resource you wish to keep.
You can do this by following the steps below:
1. Log in to My Reconi
2. Click on "My Account" and then on "My Authorisations"
3. Then click on "Request Additional Organisation/Authorisations".
4. Determine your authorisation according to the CoC extract
5. In the drop-down menu under "Organisation", select "I want to apply for another organisation".
6. Continue with the other steps.
The eRecognition authorisation you no longer need will automatically expire when its validity period has expired.
