How to submit urgent application

In order to start an urgent application, please follow the steps below:

1. Apply for eHerkenning: Start an application for eHerkenning on our website and collect the requested documents.
2. Submit the urgent application: Start the urgent procedure by filling out the following form: Urgent application submit.

Processing your application: Urgent applications are usually processed within a few days, depending on your application' complexity. An additional fee of €50 applies to the urgency-procedure.

Are you solely/Independently authorized?
If your urgent application and the neccesary documents are filed and received before 3 p.m. local time, your application will be processed the same, or in some cases the next weekday.

Are you, or your organization's directors jointly authorized? 
We will process your application as soon as we've received the (original) signed registration form. In order to deliver the form, you can hire a courier service.

Online identification: If necessary, the person(s) to be identified will receive an invitation for a personal online identification shortly.
