How to submit urgent application


In order to start an urgent application, please follow the steps below:

  1. Apply for eHerkenning: Start an application for eHerkenning on our website and collect the requested documents.
  2. Submit the urgent application: Start the urgent procedure by filling out the following form: Urgent application submit.

Processing your application: Urgent applications are usually processed within a few days, depending on your application' complexity. An additional fee of €50 applies to the urgency-procedure.

Are you solely/Independently authorized?
If your urgent application and the neccesary documents are filed and received before 3 p.m. local time, your application will be processed the same, or in some cases the next weekday.

Are you, or your organization's directors jointly authorized? 
We will process your application as soon as we've received the (original) signed registration form. To ensure that the signed application form reaches us as quickly as possible, we recommend that you use a courier service.

Alternatively, the application form can also be signed digitally with a PKI certificate*. Please ensure that you use the correct signing software and provide a qualified signature with the PKI certificate (advanced signatures via a standard solution with, for example, SMS verification are not accepted). Online identification: If necessary, the person(s) to be identified will receive an invitation for a personal online identification shortly.
