How do I use eHerkenning to logon to a service?

To log in to a service provider, first go to the website of the service provider in question. In most cases, you can choose 'log in' and select 'log in with eHerkenning'.

Remark: Every service has their own logon page. Please contact the service provider where you wish to log in if you need help finding the login page. By clicking here you'll see the list of service providers.

On the service provider's website, you will often see a choice between various login methods. In some cases, you can only choose 'login with eHerkenning'.

After choosing 'log in with eHerkenning', you'll be redirected to a page where you can select your eHerkenning supplier. Click the 'Please make your choice' dropdown and then select 'Reconi' to log in with your Reconi eHerkenning:

Remark: If you've used another supplier in the past, the selection screen isn't always shown. If so, please clear your browser' cookies or try again in an incognito or private window. The supplier choice is enabled again. Do you want to work with multiple eHerkenning means from different suppliers simultaneously? Please un-check the “Remember my choice" box before logging in.

After selecting 'Reconi', an login screen is shown:
