How to remove a legal representative

Are you an administrator? In that case you can remove any legal representatives from My Reconi by following the steps below.

Step 1: Log on to My Reconi.
Step 2: Please click 'Administrate' and 'Roles'.
Step 3: Look up the legal representative you wish to delete, and click the bin-icon to the right:

If the bin-icon isn't shown, you can't delete the legal representative. The reason for this being that we're required to have at least one legal representative registered with us per organization.

Another legal representative can be added in your next application.

Step 4: Select the roles you wish to remove, read and declare that the data you filled in is complete, correct and truthful if so. Please click 'complete'. The role of legal representative is removed.
