# How to terminate a Chain Authorization

## If you've supplied another company with a Chain Authorization to act on your behalf, it's possible to terminate this authorization. This article shows you how to terminate Chain Authorizations in the different possible scenarios.

**I've issued a Chain Authorization, but I can't login to terminate it.**  
Please fill out the [termination form for Chain Authorizations](https://klantenservice.reconi.nl/hubfs/Opzeggingsformulier%20organisatie%20ketenmachtiging.pdf?hsLang=en), and send it by post. 

**I'm an authorization manager, and I want to terminate a Chain Authorization**

1. Log on to My Reconi  
2. Select 'Chain Authorizations' in the menu bar, and select 'Chain Authorizations Issued'.  
3. A screen appears in which all Issued Chain Authorizations are shown. On the right of each authorization, a recycle bin-icon is shown. Click the bin-icon to terminate the authorization:

4. A overview is shown. Please validate if the right authorization is shown, and check the 'agree' box if this is the case.   
5. Finalize the termination by clicking 'Complete'.
