I would like to change a user to another person. Is this possible?
An eHerkenning is a personal log in linked to an individual user. Therefore, it is not possible to change an existing user to another person.

Would you like to create a new user?
As an authorization manager, you can easily register a new user through Mijn Reconi. You can find the complete instructions for creating a new user on this page.
If no authorization manager has been appointed for your organisation yet, the new user can submit an application themselves via: Apply for a new eHerkenning.
