What's the status of my application?

This article describes the processing time of your application for eHerkenning.

Did you apply for a entirely new eHerkenning? Please log onto your application to see its status. Upon logging in, the status and any neccesary actions are shown on-screen.

Processing time for adding a (chain) authorization


Did you use your existing eHerkenning to add a new (chain) authorization? In that case, you can see the status by following the steps below:

Step 1: Click here to log onto My Reconi
Step 2: Please click 'My Account' and 'My Requests'
Step 3: Click the pencil-icon on the right side of your application.

Status Status explanation Steps to proceed Consequence
New An action is neccesary Please send the signed registration form by post. Click the pencil-icon to download the form, and send it to the address mentioned on the form itself. Did you already send the registration form by post? You'll receive an confirmation by e-mail as soon as we've received it. The status will change to 'Pending'.
Parked An action is neccesary You've received an e-mail with an explanation and the steps to proceed.  As soon as the steps to proceed are done, the status will be changed to 'pending'.
Pending No steps needed No action is nessecary. Your application is currently being processed, and you will receive an e-mail as soon as possible. The processing time with this status is within 0 to several weekdays.
Denied Your application is cancelled or rejected If you haven't received an new application, you can do so through My Reconi.

Do you need eHerkenning urgently because of a deadline, for example? Then you can use our unique urgent procedure. Here the application can be prioritized and thus processed on short notice, provided the instructions are followed.
