The cost for premium digital identification is €10.
If you choose physical identification instead of identification via the AMP Group Online Identification APP, identification will take place by default between 08:00 and 18:00. The evening before, you will receive a text message with a timeframe of 2.5 hours for the next day within which the identification will take place at your premises. If you opt for a physical identification, additional costs will be charged by AMP Group.
AMP Group applies the following rates for this:
Surcharge physical identification €16.65 (excluding any charges for a specific time period).
Morning / afternoon €3.50.
Period of 3 / 3.5 hours €4.99.
Evening / weekend €4.99
Weekend morning / afternoon €6.50
The additional cost for a specific time period must be paid by PIN payment to the AMP Group employee during physical identification.
