Depending on the level of assurance requested and the authorization structure within the organization, a variety of documents can be required for an eHerkenning application.
For example:
- A copy of the applicating legal representatives' valid proof of identity.
- A recent Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract (not older than two weeks).
- The registration form signed in pen. If an independently authorized representative applies for eHerkenning for himself, this document can be uploaded in the application. In all other situations, an original signed form sent by post is required.
- After an initial check, it is possible that we will request additional documents. These may include statutes, parent company extracts, or other documents.
If you are applying for eHerkenning for an organization that does not have a Chamber of Commerce number, you can find more information on our website about how to apply for eHerkenning.
