What attachments should I send with the application?

The documents you need to submit depend on the level you are applying for and how authority is organized within your organization. Typically, the following documents are required:

  • A copy of valid identification for all individuals involved in the application.
  • A recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce (C.o.C), dated no more than two weeks ago.
  • The application form, manually signed. If a self-authorized representative is applying for eHerkenning on their own behalf, this form can usually be uploaded.

After the initial review, we may request additional documents, such as statutes, a case file overview, parent company extracts, or other documents.
