The documents you need to submit depend on the level you are applying for and how authority is organized within your organization. Typically, the following documents are required:
- A copy of valid identification for all individuals involved in the application.
- A recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce (C.o.C), dated no more than two weeks ago.
- The application form, manually signed. If a self-authorized representative is applying for eHerkenning on their own behalf, this form can usually be uploaded.
After the initial review, we may request additional documents, such as statutes, a case file overview, parent company extracts, or other documents.
