For organisations without a Chamber of Commerce number, the information below is important before you start an application.
What do you need for applying for an eHerkenning application without a CoC-number?
- The organisation’s TAX number
This concerns the number by which you are known to the Dutch Tax Authorities (Belastingdienst) - Details of the authorized representative of the organisation
During the process, evidence of competence and a valid identity document will be requested for identification. - Evidence of competence

eHerkenning for organisations without a Chamber of Commerce number requires a personal identification for the user who is also an authorized representative. Identification can be done in two ways: via the online app from AMP Group or on location with the AMP Group in the Netherlands. - Signature and identification
Signature verification
The registration form must be provided with an original pen-signed signature. A copy/scan or digital signature using, for example, DocuSign will not be accepted.
Verification of proof of Identity
The following identification documents are permitted for validation of the eHerkenning application:
- International Passport
- ID card issued in an EEA country
- Dutch Driver’s license
- Dutch travel document for foreigners/refugees
