Why is a personal identification required for EH3?

EH3 is a higher level of assurance and this level requires additional verification by personal identification. This is applicable to users who are also the authorized representative or not on the payroll.

Are you applying for an organization which isn't registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK)? In that case, the user will always be invited for an Identification.
