What is the purpose of My Reconi?

My Reconi provides you with an overview of all your registered data. Upon logging in, you can see the level of assurance and an overview of your authorizations and companie(s) you've been registered with. It's also possible to change your details e.g. your e-mail address/username and mobile phone number.

Logging onto My Reconi

You can log onto My Reconi by clicking the button below. Your username equals the e-mail address you've registered with. Your password was created during the online onboarding process, unless you've changed it afterwards. 
Upon entering your login credentials, an text-message will be prompted on your mobile phone with an one time code.

Change personal details

eHerkenning is a personal, non-transferable means. You can change your username/e-mail address and mobile phone number through My Reconi by clicking the pencil-icon '' next to the detail you want to change.
Due to eHerkenning personal character, it's not possible to change the name, place and date of birth.

Level

eHerkenning is available in different levels of assurance. In order to see the level you've registered on, please click 'My Account' and 'My Data'. The level is shown on-screen.

Every service provider determines which level is required to log onto their service. If your current level isn't sufficient to logon to the service provider you want to have access to, you can upgrade the level of assurance. In order to do so, please follow the steps listed below:
1. Log onto My Reconi
2. Click the 'upgrade' button and select the desired level
3. Follow the steps that are shown on-screen.

Start date - End date

The start- and end date are shown in My Reconi in the 'My Data' page. The end date is equal to the authorization with the longest duration.
An renewal reminder will be sent two months before the end date. If you click the renewal link in the e-mail, the duration of your eHerkenning will also be extended unless you already have authorizations with a longer duration.

Termination/ cancellation

If you want to terminate an organization, you can do so by following the steps listed below:
1. Log onto My Reconi
2. Please click 'My Account' and 'My Authorizations'
3. An overview of your authorizations is shown. Please click the bin-icon '' to terminate the authorization. 

eHerkenning isn't renewed tacitly. If no renewal is initiated before the end date, your eHerkenning will be cancelled entirely. If you want to terminate the eHerkenning before the end date, please follow the next steps:
1. Log onto My Reconi
2. Please click 'My Account' and select 'My Data'
3. Click 'Terminate and Revoke' and read the terms and conditions that appear.
