How do I remove a user?
You can remove users whose authorization has already expired or been terminated as an authorization administrator. This is only possible for organizations for which you are an administrator yourself.

Log in to Mijn Reconi. Select “Management” and click on “Roles”.

In the screen that appears, select the checkbox “Show inactive users as well”. After the page has loaded, you will see both active and inactive users.

Select the user you want to remove from the displayed list and then click the trash bin icon on the right-hand side.
eHerkenning is a personal login credential. By following the steps above, you prevent a registered user from logging in on behalf of your organization. If you want to completely delete the user’s account, follow the steps below.
Completely removing a user:
To complete the termination form, you will need the following documents:
- Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract (no older than 14 days).
- Copy of the identity document of the authorized representative(s) provided.

After completing the cancellation form, print it and have it signed by hand by the authorized representative(s) of the organization.

Please note: If the user to be terminated has authorizations for multiple organizations, and you only want to terminate the authorization for one organization, please explicitly state this on the signed form.
