When your organization is Delisted with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK), an eHerkenning for logging onto the Tax authority or UWV is available using the process below.
Take the following into account while applying for a deregistered/failed organization:
-The Registrar of books and records is not authorized to sign the eHerkenning application.
-If no authorized representative is listed in the (overlying) extract of the Chamber of Commerce, an eHerkenning cannot be applied for.
-If the organization has not yet been effectively de-listed or dissolved from the Chamber of Commerce, you can apply for a regular eHerkenning means.
-The duration of this type of eHerkenning is 1 year and is only suitable for logging in to the Dutch Tax Authorities (Belastingdienst) and/or the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV).
The eHerkenning for delisted organizations can only be requested with an e-mail address that is not already registered with Reconi.
Requirements for applying on behalf of a Delisted organization:
-A recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce. You can contact the Chamber of Commerce for this.
-A valid proof of identity.
-There will be a personal identification, this will be performed through an app from our external partner AMP Group. After submitting the application, you will receive an email from AMP Group. Through this email, you will receive a link to download the free AMP Group App. This will allow you to identify yourself remotely through the AMP Group Online Identification APP.
-The application form intended for unsubscribed organizations; this wil be generated based on the given input within the online application process, and needs to be signed by the legal representative(s) registered on the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract and sent by (traditional) post.
