I do not receive a verification code by text message.
Customers with a foreign phone number are currently experiencing problems receiving the verification code via SMS. We recommend using the "Call me and read the code" option.

If you do not receive a verification code, you can use the "Call me and read out the code" button.
You will then be called on your mobile and the code will be read to you so that the verification code can be entered.
A second solution is to put your cell phone on airplane mode for a few minutes.
After the device is turned back on, it will reconnect to your mobile network, allowing the verification code to be received again.
Do you have a new phone number? Then you must register your new phone number with Reconi using the change form.
