I would like to add an additional organisation to a user's eHerkenning, how do I do that as an administrator?

1. Log in on My Reconi
2. Click on ”Administrate” and after that on ”Authorizations”.
3. On the bottom of the page, please click ”Request Additional Organization/ Authorizations”.
4. Select the organisation for which you want to authorise the user.
5. Check the CoC-number and click on ''Next''.
6. Check your organisation information and click on ''Next''.
7. Select the desired authorizations and duration. After making your selection, click ''Next''.
8. Click on ''Add user'' and select the desired user(s).If the user is not listed you can click on   ''Show non linked users''.

If, after checking ‘’Show non linked users‘’, it is still not possible to select the desired user, the desired user must first be linked. For more information on linking users, please refer to the manual by clicking here.


9. Did you select all the users you want? Click on "Next''
10. Finish the remaining steps.
