eHerkenning is a personal means. This means that we are not allowed to issue eHerkenning if the user's personal details don't match the e-mail address entered the application. You must therefore provide your own personal (company) e-mail address during your eHerkenning application, or a general e-mail address of the organisation.
We are also required to notify the specified legal representative. These notifications are sent by e-mail to the e-mail address of the legal representative entered in the application. This also means that the personal (company) e-mail address of the relevant legal representative(s) must be entered whilst applying. If the legal representative prefers not to be notified, you have the option of appointing an authorization manager.
More information on appointing an authorization manager can be found here.
